This former wine and tsipouro factory has been transformed into a superb residential complex set in the picturesque village of Pyrgos Kallistis in the heart of the Greek island of Santorini. The views of the island and Aegean Sea are both impressive and inspiring.
Villa Fabrica is nestled at the foot of the historic castle of Pyrgos Santorini. Pyrgos is situated 5km from the island's capital Fira, 5 km from Athinios port and 6km from Santorini international airport. The village is built on a hill with spectacular views of the island in most directions. Santorini is 50 minutes by air and between 4 - 9 hours by boat from Athens.
